Your kit will have been QC inspected prior to being dispatched, however if a part is missing, please email us with your order number, details of the kit your ordered and which part it is you need replacing, please also include your full postal address along with a contact number. Please read below to see if any postage charges apply, our email address if help@printatoons.com;

Missing Piece

No problem, email us with details of the missing part and we will get a replacement part shipped to you (free UK postage).

Broken / Damaged

If you have Broken or Damaged the part and would just like a replacement piece as it would spoil your model - thats no pronblem - all we ask is that you pay £1.50 towards the cost of postage & packaging.

Details we need

Please remember to tell us this information within your email; Name, Address, Postcode, Contact Number, Purchase order number, Name of the Kit you bought, Parts required. Please remember all parts are individually printed and may take a couple of days to be sent out.
